Beautiful stone-built farmhouse from the early 18th century, recently renovated with great care and set within a beautiful hilly landscape near Vinci, the town where Leonardo da Vinci was born and where you can visit interesting museums dedicated to him, like the 'Museo Leonardiano' and the 'Museo Ideale Leonardo da Vinci' . In the main house 3 apartment have been created, one of which is inhabited by the owners. A fourth apartment has been created in the nearby annex (ITF614). Pleasant, well-kept outdoor areas with various equipped areas and a nice view. Shared laundry facilities. Location: 1 km grocery shop, 5 km Vinci (all kinds of shops) and public swimming pool, 12 km Empoli, 43 km Florence (30-40 minutes by car). Baby bed and small pets on request.
