The farmhouse is situated in the heart of the Tuscany's hills, is the ideal place to spend beautiful moments in the quietness of the countryside. Strategically based in the heart of Tuscany, the area offers splendid itineraries though an uncontaminated countryside dotted with historical ruins, castles, villas, medieval hamlets and ancient Roman sites. Furthermore, many famous Tuscan centers of incredible artistic and historical value, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca, are just a short drive away. Villamagna is the nearest village with shops and services (only 1 Km far). The property is only 3 km far from our new agricultural craft brewery, 3 minutes by car. It will open at the end of May 2022. For guests who will stay at least a week there will be the opportunity to go to the brewery and taste our beer. You will only pay for the beer, the food will be free. The villa has a pool surrounded by a wide olive grove, where extra virgin oil, available for tourists, is produced. There's also a barbecue area with space for eating. The adjacent orchard offers tourists the possibility to taste fruits. Therefore guests have the possibility to taste the genuine products of the surrounding garden. Around the farmhouse there are 5 hectares of countryside included a small wood and a small lake which are reachable on foot. For the children there's a children's playground. Pets are allowed and welcome. Free WI-FI connection.
