"Driftwood Studio has one double bedroom. There is a ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. ThereÔÇÖs an open-plan living space with kitchen and dining area, equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with ice box. There is also a sitting room with sofa bed. Electric central heating with underfloor heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside thereÔÇÖs an enclosed side garden with gravel, furniture, barbecue and shed with bike/equipment storage, and off-road parking for 1 car. Two well-behaved dogs allowed but sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 4.4 miles. Bryn Cyttun makes a delightful retreat in Morfa Nefyn. Note: Top bunk is for under 12-year-olds only. Note: please do not allow dogs upstairs."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
