"Ivy Cottage is a thatched Grade II listed semi-detached cottage situated in the village of West Lulworth in Dorset boasting original beams. The cottage can sleep 6 people in 1 king-size double with en-suite shower, 1 double and 1 twin single bedroom as well has a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen/diner, sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a garden with furniture. Ivy Cottage will suit families or friends with pets near the Jurassic coast most popular attractions. Note: please be aware gardeners will be attending the property intermittently throughout the year for essential garden maintenance and will require access to the outbuildings.
Note: There is a shared washing machine in an outhouse some 7 meters from the cottage in the shared garden with Little Ivy.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
