"The living areas in this first-floor barn conversion consist of an open-plan living space equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar for two, dining table and a sitting room with Smart TV. There is one double bedroom serviced by a bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is off-road parking and a front patio with furniture. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and 0.4 miles pub. One well-behaved dog welcome for an additional -ú30 supplement. Please contact us to let us know if you plan to bring your dog with you. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the price. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the property. Note: There are 15 steps up into the property, please take care."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
