"There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a decked area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome but smoking is not permitted. There are on-site facilities including a swimming pool, bar, caf+® and gym. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles a pub. Number 10 is a peaceful base for exploring the delights of the Lake District. Two dogs welcome. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
