"The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, along with a snug. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and four Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with Smart TVs and accompanying en-suite shower rooms, and two twins, serviced by a shared shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front lawn and patio with furniture, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.2 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property is pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request.
