"The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, and a fridge, a utility with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, a sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, a further double, and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and a private, gated driveway. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.6 miles and a pub in 3 miles. The Marshes is a wonderful base to explore Powys from. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: Guests will have access to the garage for bike storage. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
