It comes with modern furniture and appliances and features two double bedrooms as well as a cosy living room. Perfect for families or groups of travellers alike. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. This two-bed home has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. Bright, airy, functional - it's the perfect spot for a group of travellers or a family looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The stunning kitchen has been redesigned to a high standard. There are two spacious bedrooms - both maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally there is a bathroom with a large sink and bath. The apartment maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. In a peaceful area of Ealing, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. A number of parks are a short distance away and you are surrounded by a selection of great restaurants and bars. With rail and tube stations close by, you have easy access to anywhere in London. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home sits closest to West Ealing and Ealing Broadway rail stations as well as the North Ealing tube station so you have easy access to anywhere in London. You’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
