"The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a dining room and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms include two king-size doubles and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with hot tub and furniture, and parking in a nearby car park. Within 0.6 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, travel cot, highchair, stairgate, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Choose North Harbour House for a delightful base in a popular region of Dorset. Note: Drop off is allowed but no parking directly outside.Note: This property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover due to restrictions with the cleaning company."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
