"Two @ No36 consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher and a living/dining room with Smart TV, games, and dining table for four. The bedrooms consist of a king and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside courtyard with dining set and sofa set plus onsite private parking for 1 car. Opposite the beach. Shop, pub 0.1 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Adventure to the coasts of Dorset with a stay at Two @ No36. Note: Stairs access up to apartment. Note: Metal staircase down to garden. Note: there is no lift available in the building. Note: There is a height restriction to the car park of 2.35 metres. Note: Parking for one car only. Nearest additional pay and display car park is Weymouth Pavilion a few mins walk from the property. Note: External metal staircase provides additional rear entrance to property from parking area. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
