"The Warwick consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle, a living/dining room, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There are seven bedrooms: one super-king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; two doubles with TV; one double with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; two second-floor doubles with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; and one single with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The Warwick is a lovely base for exploring the Dorset coast. Please note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 450 GBP."

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, small table top oven, microwave oven, fridge/ freezer and a dishwasher also. There is an additional fridge freezer in the lounge for additional capacity to store food/ drinks. *1st floor *2 double bedrooms, en-suite and a single room en-suite. *2nd floor* has got 2 double bedrooms, en-suite. One of them can be converted to a twin bed configuration. *3rd floor* has got 2 double bedrooms, but one of them is en-suite and can be converted to a twin bedroom.
