"This sumptuous holiday property boasts a beautiful double bedroom, with a chrome king size bed and lovely beach-inspired d+®cor. It has a stylish en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin.
There is a large storage cupboard that also houses a washing machine, situated off the bedroom.
The wooden staircase is hand-crafted and leads to a superb light and airy well-equipped kitchen with an oven hob, microwave, fridge and freezer; it has smart cream painted units, pale beech work surfaces and a table and chairs, ideal for two to enjoy meals together.
There is a comfortable sitting room with views towards the harbour and with views of the iconic Whitby Abbey. Decorated in relaxing neutral tones with beach scenes in driftwood-style frames, there is a TV with Freeview and Netflix together with a DVD player.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
