"GROUND FLOOR
 

Enter this charming house into the long entrance hall with wood laminate flooring plus seating, providing a peaceful spot to sit and read.

The sitting room is spacious, with comfortable sofas, TV/DVD player and gas-fired coal effect fire - it's a gorgeous room to relax in after a day's exploring - put your feet up and watch those movies you've been promising yourself or as it has excellent lighting, catch up on the books you've not had time to read!

 

The dining room is an ideal spot for enjoying meals together and has an oak table and chairs to comfortably seat six. Whether it's a hearty breakfast to fuel up before a day's walking or discussing the events of the day over supper, before taking a night cap onto the terrace and watching the stars before bedtime, it provides an important meeting place to gather together as friends or family, which is what holidays are all about.

 

The immaculate kitchen is well-equipped and includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and has a stable door into a small courtyard to the rear.

 
FIRST FLOOR
 

The first bedroom is light and airy and has a king size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables with good lighting if you like to read before lights out, a walk-in closet and an original fireplace (decorative). There is also a pretty twin bedroom, accessorised with seaside-inspired accents of blue, with full size 3' single brass beds, central bedside table and a closet. The house bathroom is smart with a bath, shower over the bath, WC and hand wash basin.

 
SECOND FLOOR
 

This floor is dedicated to a good-size master bedroom suite with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with drawers, a chest of drawers, easy chair, full length mirror plus an en-suite shower room with shower, WC and hand wash basin in a vanity unit.

 
OUTSIDE
 

To the outside, at the front, is an enclosed gravelled terraced garden with plants in pots for a splash of colour during the spring and summer, bordered by a evergreen Laurel hedge which gives shelter and privacy with its vivid green leaves all year round. South-facing, it's quite a sun trap and has a table and chairs so you can enjoy al fresco drinks, whether your preference is a morning cuppa or sipping chilled Prosecco before supper is served (or both)!

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
