"There are three bedrooms: one double, one ground-floor double, and one bunk. Bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin, and a WC. Kitchen. The living/dining room has a woodburning stove. Central heating is provided by gas, and an electric fireplace is provided. The kitchen hosts an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine are all included. WiFi and television. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. On request, a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available. Furniture in the courtyard. One small, well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. A shop is 0.2 miles away, a pub is 0.1 mile away, and the beach is 0.7 miles away. Please keep in mind that this property has a -ú250 Good Housekeeping Bond. Please keep in mind that the property is located down a side alley just off Church Street. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
