"The Nook is a single-storey barn conversion with one double bedroom, a shower room, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a shared, external mini pub with darts and arcade machine. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV with Freesat and WiFi. Outside, there is private parking for two cars and a shared garden with field, patio, furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and one well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 2.2 miles. Please note that there is a step up from the open-plan living space to the shower room. The Nook is a quaint conversion for a lovely trip to the North York Moors countryside. This property accepts bookings from a Monday and Friday only."
