"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and a living/dining room with table and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes and a children's bunk serviced by a bathroom. Travel cot with a newborn insert and high chair available. Outside there are two designated parking spaces, an enclosed, rear patio with furniture and front garden. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and 0.3 miles a beach. Up to 3 dogs welcome (to be kept downstairs please). Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore North Yorkshire at 17 Windsor Terrace. Note: This property sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. Note: There are stairs leading from the parking spaces into the rear garden."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
