"The living areas in this single-storey lodge consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wine cooler, a dining area, sitting area with electric fire and utility. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, a double and a twin all rooms have TVs and are serviced by a family shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed decking with furniture and charcoal barbecue. Within 0.8 miles is a shop and 0.5 miles a pub and beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rockpool Retreat is a wonderful setting for a seascape adventure in North Yorkshire. Note: The TVs in the bedrooms only play DVDs."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
