Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair & Cot bed available (must provide own bedding). Parking in public car park with car permit included or on-street parking on Mount Pleasant. Small fenced patio with bench and parasol, plus patio with picnic bench. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs in cottage, high step from main staircase into attic room. Note: Unlimited parking with permit but no space guaranteed. Please note to take care in the single bed room with reference to the sloping ceiling and low beams, due to the age of the property it also has low door frames. Note we can only accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Note, dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and not to be left alone in the cottage."
