Details of the Cottage
"Three Anchor Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and slow cooker, and a living/dining room with a smart TV and dining table for six guests. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, and a twin (exclusive for children due to being located under the eaves of the cottage). There is a bathroom with a corner bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a private courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, and public car parks nearby (fees apply). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 0.1 miles, shop and beach 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy your trip to the property at Three Anchor Cottage. Note: Maximum four adults and two children due to low ceiling in twin room. Note: Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
