"Providence Cottage consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining room with seating for six people, and sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, double with TV, and a second-floor twin (zip/link), along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, with designated, off-road parking for two cars. Travel cot, highchair, and stair-gate available on request. Four well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. YouÔÇÖll find a shop in 1.2 miles, pub in 1 mile, and river in 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Providence Cottage is a delightful base for a North Yorkshire escape. Note - 2nd floor twin/double room has a low beam on entry. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 350 GBP. Note: Garden has elevated terrace."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
