"Cowshed consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear patio with furniture, fire-pit, and barbecue, with off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.4 miles and pub in 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and hand towels inc. in rent. Cowshed is a lovely base for a North Yorkshire escape. Note: There are two steps down to the front door. Note: Cottage is on the A171, associated noise may be experienced. Note: This property has won an award for Best Accommodation in North Yorkshire. Note: Guests must bring their own bath towels, only hand towels will be provided."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
