"Olsen, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dining table, and a first-floor sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double and second-floor bunk bed, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is permit parking for 1 car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.1 miles. However you decide to spend your days here in North Yorkshire, Olsen awaits a relaxing getaway. Note: Fairly steep staircase in the property, please take care. Note: No check-ins on a Sunday. Please note: This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please note: only 7-night bookings with a Saturday changeover are accepted between July 19th & September 6th 2025."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
