"The Store Rooms is a semi-detached cottage in the town of Whitby, just six miles from Robin Hood's Bay. The cottage sleeps two in one double bedroom with en-suite and a separate basin and WC. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking on a first come, first served basis, with a parking permit provided for one car. Situated at the mouth of the River Esk, The Store Rooms is a lovely romantic cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the world. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Please be aware: This property can sleep 4, but not 4 adults. 2 adults and 2 children is fine or a combination of this. If you are unsure if your party is suitable, please call to check."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
