"The Black Sheep, a single-storey shepherd's hut, consists of a studio-style living space including a king-size bed, a kitchen with microwave, toaster, and kettle, and a sitting area with seating and woodburning stove. There is also an external bathroom with bath and shower over, and an external cloakroom with WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed side garden with lawn, furniture, gravel, wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, barbecue, and countryside views, plus off-road parking available. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 1.8 miles, river 0.5 miles. A stay at The Black Sheep promises to be one to remember. Note: Although this is a single-storey property, there are steps up to entrance. Note: There is no WiFi at this property. This property accepts Christmas Day and New Years Day check in and check out"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
