"Lodge 16 consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining space, and sitting area with Smart TV and DVD player, plus utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and two twins, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car a short distance from the property, plus a wrap-around decking with furniture. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles (on-site), beach 0.5 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore the coast of Cornwall with a stay at Lodge 16. Note: Chalet area is pedestrianised, the car park is located 100 yards away. Note: Car park at top of the site with sloping path down to Lodge 16, not suitable for people with limited mobility. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
