"This property can only sleep 2 Adults and 1 Child aged 10 or under. Hazel consists of a studio-style layout including a bunk bed, a kitchen with a combi oven/microwave, 2-ring plug-in hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private front gravel with furniture, a communal lawn area, and secure bike storage, plus off-road parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Escape to rural Oxfordshire with a stay at Hazel. Note: Although this a single-storey property, there are a few steps up to entrance, please take care. Note: There is no TV at this property. Note: Maximum of two children and two adults due to small lower-level bunk and restricted height on lower-level. Note: There are cupboard doors on the lower-level bed, please supervise children.
