"The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, dining seating for six and sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom, a double and a twin serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a decked area, access to 3.5 acre of grounds and 1.5 acre fishing lake with carp. Within 2.6 miles there is both a shop and pub. Sorry, no smoking. Travel cot and highchair available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore all Devon has to offer from Deer Lodge. Note: There is a lake on the grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Note: The decked area is enclosed, there is no access to the grounds or lake from the decking, the only access is via the front door."
