"Tithe Barn is a barn conversion situated in Lyneham, Oxfordshire. It is set on a working farm within a small Cotswold hamlet and has nearby access to the surrounding countryside. Internally, the barn has been well renovated and provides exceptional facilities and touches including the enormous windows in the centre of the building. Inside there is an open-plan living room with a wood burning stove, a dining area and a fitted kitchen. Upstairs has two king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite and WC, and two double bedrooms, both with an en suite shower room and WC. There is also a separate family bathroom and WC. Externally, this country barn has an enclosed garden with access to pathways in every direction. Off road parking is available for five cars. Tithe Barn is is the location for friends and families to relax and unwind.PLEASE NOTE THE COTTAGE CAN SLEEP 10 PEOPLE IN TOTAL 8 IN BEDS AND 2 ON THE SOFA BED. You can use the sofa bed FREE of charge but you MUST bring your own bed linen and towels for the sofa bed. MONDAY or FRIDAY arrivals only please."
