Something special for everyone, excellent VIP self catering 3 bedroom (one-ensuite) fully air-conditioned detached villa with private garden located on a quiet hotel complex of 12 villas. The site futures large communal swimming pool + children's pool and poolside bar and cafe for you to enjoy small snacks (fast food) and drinks while you are on the pool area. The front garden over looking to a large pool and children's pool. The complex is only a short 10 minute stroll to Yalikavak beach, marina and waterside restaurants. Unwind in beautiful, natural surroundings. The atmosphere is relaxed and romantic. The locals are very friendly. Making friends here is easy. The beautiful air conditioned lounge and the dining area has excellent brand new furniture. The fully fitted open kitchen (separate from the living area) has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a cloakroom and large terrace with table and chairs. The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (one en suite) and a family shower room. A large terrace is ideal for drinks watching the views. The villa and garden enjoys the sun all day and all evening. A travel cot and high chair are available if required. Pool opening times: The pool is open between May and October. The pool is larger than many other complexes in the area and more than adequate for the 12 villas here. You will even find you have the pool to yourselves at times. Free services : Free WIFI, free cleaning 2 times a week. Bedrooms (Details) There are 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a queen size bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and en-suite bathroom. Sliding patio doors leading onto balcony overlooking garden and pool. Second bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe and bedside cabinets and view onto garden and pool and third bedroom has also 2 single beds and with wardrobe and bedside cabinets and view onto back garden. Family bathroom and shower are on the landing. Living Area (Details) Large living area with brand new furniture, consisting of large L shaped sofa, coffee table, LCD flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning. There is a dining table that seats 6 people. Kitchen (Details) The separate open kitchen has a gas/electric oven, washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle and full range of cooking utensils. Lots of every day kitchen and cleaning products are there for the clients' use. Sliding patio doors leading onto balcony with table and chairs overlooking garden and pool. Bathrooms (Details) There is an en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom which has a shower, toilet and sink unit. There is also a bath with shower, toilet and sink in the second bathroom off the landing area and a downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin. Location Yalikavak is a lovely, more traditional town that has been discovered by the rich and famous quite recently, bringing the famous Palmarina to town. This has split the town in two making one side quite rich and expensive but still leaving the other side more traditional, quiet and affordable peaceful. This place is more suited to people who like a quieter holiday away from the hassle and bustle of night clubs and teenagers on stag/hen do's. Just a short bus ride away is all the traditional madness of Bodrums markets and night clubs if you want it.
