Details of the Cottage
"Spring Cottage consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility with fridge/freezer, a dining room with dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles, pub in 0.3 miles, and river in 1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with gravelled area, patio, and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. All of this awaits at Spring Cottage. Note: Due to the age of the property some of the doorways have restricted headroom and there are a couple of internal steps, please take care. Note: Due to some internal features the cottage is best suited to children over 10 years or babes in arms."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
