"The living areas include a kitchen/diner housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, whilst the sitting room has a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms include a king-size and a single, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is roadside parking and a patio with furniture. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and pub. Two pets are welcome however, please note this a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Highchair and travel cot available but please bring your own bedding. Choose New Cottage for a lovely base in the Peak District. There is also a day ticket fishing lake around 400 yards from the property. Note: Steep drops in the garden, pets and children to be supervised outside. Note: The property is accessed via a public footpath from the main road, there is no direct access for cars. "
