Rent a beautiful Sibenik villa with a pool and large private garden for your next family vacation in Croatia! Villa Tela with Pool suits ideally to families with children or to groups of friends. It is located in the quiet village of Zaboric on the Adriatic Coast, within a 15-minute drive to the center of Sibenik. The picturesque seaside village Primosten is a 15-minute drive in another direction. The nearest beach is a couple of minutes on foot from the villa (300 meters). You just need to cross the road and within a minute you are on the beach. Villa Tela with pool is laid on a private plot of 10000 square meters with a residential area of 250 square meters.  It accommodates private groups or families of 6 to 8 guests. Here you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 additional toilette. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed  (180 cm wide) and a private bathroom with a double washbasin and shower. Also, this room can fit an extra bed if needed or a baby cot. The second room has a double bed (160 cm wide), while the third one has two single beds. The latter two share the bathroom with a shower. A fully equipped kitchen comes with all kitchen utensils and appliances. So here you will find a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kettle, microwave, and ice maker. The indoor dining table fits 8 people comfortably. The living room is airy and light and offers beautiful views of the sea. Here you can watch cable TV or relax by the fireplace. It has direct access to a private terrace with lounge furniture. The highlights of this beautiful villa rental definitely are the wonderful outdoor areas and gorgeous views of the sea and the bay. The fully fenced garden and terraces provide lots of privacy, and they are split into different zones so the whole family can find its favorite place and also spend quality time together. The sun deck by the pool is equipped with beach chairs, perfect for relaxation and resting while keeping the eye on the kids playing around.  Next to it, you will find the covered outdoor dining area with direct access to the summer kitchen and charcoal/wood grill. Here you also have a refrigerator so you can have cold drinks at your hand when enjoying pool time. The indoor/outdoor areas are covered with a good Wi-Fi signal. Air-conditioning is available in all areas. The full-size laundry room is available and fully equipped. Laundry service and ironing service is available at an additional cost. Parking for up to 4 cars is available (2 places in the garage). If you don’t feel like leaving this charming villa with a pool and its spacious garden, the Villa Tela's manager will arrange grocery delivery or anything else you may need or wish during your stay. This part of the Adriatic Coast boasts beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. There are many small islands and islets in the archipelago in front. Sailing around them is a great choice for daily trips by boat.  The village of Zaboric is very quiet and perfect for relaxing by the sea. When you wish to experience a more vibrant ambiance, you can easily hop to nearby cities Sibenik, Primosten, and Trogir.  Finally, for the nature lovers, we recommend visiting the national park Krka with breathtaking waterfalls, which is only 30 kilometers from the villa.
