Split into two buildings, the villa consists of the main house and the guest house. The villa accommodates up to thirteen guests, but there are only five bedrooms. Main House The ground floor features two bedrooms with double bed, en-suite bathrooms and sea views, and a studio with bunk beds and bathroom. The first floor features an open-plan living & dining area with patio doors leading to the outdoor dining terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Guest House It is constituted by two separate apartments with individual entrances. Both feature a living room, dining area, kitchenette, and double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a sofa bed in each apartment. Guests will have their peace and quiet on this refined property accessible via a private driveway. The main house features gorgeous open-plan areas and large windows enabling natural light to enter while at the same time offering fantastic views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals. The guest house is located on the other side of the pool with its two individual studio apartments. They feature a lounge with comfortable sofas, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom. It is perfect for a group of friends or even a large family in need of privacy. Guests can enjoy the beautiful Croatian sunshine whilst chilling in the pool, on the sun lounger, or in the lovely sea. The veranda offers the opportunity to dine alfresco in the evening accompanied by the mesmerizing sunset.
