The bright and comfortable Town House is located in the Heights of Playa de las Américas in a very quiet residential community called "Roque del Conde". Very special is the dream view of the Atlantic and the neighbor Island La Gomera, as well as the nice decoration. From the back terrace is the access to a large and comfortable living and dining area with a fully equipped and integrated kitchen. Two large glass doors offers a panoramic view to the approx. 25 m5 large terrace, which is designed with artificial grass. A dining table, 2 sunbeds, a BBQ and an umbrella offers due to the all year round southern temperatures for many relaxing moments outside. On the ground floor find also a small guest toilet and a laundry room. Wooden stairs takes to the upper floor. There is a spacious main bedroom with air conditioning and private terrace with sea view and an integrated bathroom, that guarantees absolute privacy. Another bedroom with air conditioning is at the other end of the corridor and in between is the second bathroom. The residential complex also has a community pool with solarium and sunbeds, which is not heated, but can be used during the whole year. The residential complex is very quiet and you will find always where to park the car just on the street. The nearest shopping center is in about 1.5 km and it´s called "Centro Comercial Gran Sur" and offers a big supermarket also some shopping options and restaurants. The tourist center of Fañabe, Playa de las Américas or Playa del Duque with plenty of sandy beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes drive.
