The capital town Mahon and the port are less than 15 minutes drive away. Exterior: The property is surrounded by beautiful Menorcan countryside, guaranteeing both privacy and tranquility. The patio at the front of the house is furnished with a garden swing and table and chairs and next to the swimming pool is a further exterior dining area, with a shaded pergola and stone barbeque. Behind the pool is a large grass lawn and trees providing natural shade. Interior: The house has been decorated with rustic furniture, in keeping with the architecture of the building.
