Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Salgados apartment is a stylish and modern 2-bedroom apartment, located in the famous 5-Star Salgados Resort with 7 swimming pools, extensive gardens near the 18-hole golf course and the National Ecological Reserve of Salgados. The beach is only 500 meters away (5-minutes’ walk) and a supermarket, restaurants and bars/pubs are also within walking distance. Salgados apartment includes a bright and tastefully furnished living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (that can be closed away behind sliding concertina doors), dining area and a comfortable lounging area with a large sofa and reclining armchairs. The large sliding glass windows leading on to the tranquil but wide veranda, offer gorgeous views to the beautiful landscaped gardens. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), both equipped with a bath and overhead shower. Both bedrooms also have direct access to the wonderful balcony with outdoor seating. The apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks the beautiful gardens that surround the 7 pools available in this fantastic resort. It’s truly a dream holiday spot for couples and families who are looking to enjoy golf, the swimming pools and of course, the beach. Herdade dos Salgados is a stunning complex that blends in with the natural surroundings of the golf course, beach and Salgados Lagoon, and is located a few minutes from Praia dos Salgados beach. The Salgados golf course with wonderful views is next to the Salgados lagoons, which are part of the National Ecological Reserve. Galé Beach is just a 15-minute walk away where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops, bars and a supermarket, and Albufeira is just a 15-minute drive away. Car hire is recommended/necessary, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Parking spaces are available within the complex. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 4 people. • The 5th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
