Villa Alegria Villa Alegria is a wonderful 5-bedroom holiday home located in a quiet area of Olhos de Água, Albufeira. This villa has all your family will need with plenty of space outdoors, large private swimming pool and jacuzzi (additional charge as optional extras for use of jacuzzi and pool heating). With stunning views of the surrounding countryside and just a 15-minutes walk from some of the golden sandy beaches, local bars and restaurants, Villa Alegria, is the perfect home for your family holiday. This contemporary villa offers free WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. Suitable for guests with limited mobility, it comprises a wheelchair ramp and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Another particularity are the several entrances to the villa and a separate wing in the house for those who wish to enjoy the local night life but when returning home be secure in the knowledge they will not disturb those who are already asleep. Villa Alegria has 5 bedrooms: 3 double bed bedrooms (2 en-suite) and 2 twin bed bedrooms, as well as 2 additional bathrooms. The large family kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen has direct access to the barbecue and outside eating area for you to enjoy summer meals outdoors. The living / dining room is spacious with comfortable seats, TV, and DVD player and leads out onto the wonderful terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding countryside. The lower floor provides endless entertainment with a complete games room with darts, pool table, table football and ping-pong. Villa Alegria offers a private swimming pool (heated as an extra option), jacuzzi (also as an extra option), air conditioning, free wi-fi, games room, a beautiful and well maintained garden, and an impressive traditional Algarvean brick barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals and to entertain friends and family in a perfect holiday setting. The property is completely walled, has a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance area of the villa and an automatic gate to facilitate the access to several vehicles. The large heatable swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden are located at the back of the property. Villa Alegria is in a quiet area of Olhos d'Água within walking distance of a well-stocked supermarket and a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars. Olhos d'Água beaches are just a12-minute walk away. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town, the Pescadores beach and the Strip Albufeira, as well as quality restaurants, bars and shops, is located within a 10-minute driving distance. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €400 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 10 people. • The 11th and 12th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.\*\*\*
