Villa Azur Villa Azur is a one storey traditional Algarve villa set in a quiet countryside location, close to the town of Guia. Perfect for families looking to stay away from the crowds, this 3-bedroom property with a private swimming pool and marvellous countryside views is the perfect choice. Villa Azur has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed which has an en-suite bathroom and, 2 with two single beds) and sleeps 6 + 4 guests. There are two other bathrooms within the villa, one more with a bathtub and the other with a shower unit. The spacious country-style kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine. Outside, close to the swimming pool, there is also a large traditional BBQ area with outside dining, ideal for preparing meals on the grill and enjoying them al fresco. The split-level living / dining room includes comfortable seating, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and has patio doors leading out to the lawned garden area, ideal for relaxing. The pool area and rural views are the highlight of this villa, with sun loungers from which to soak up the sun, surrounding grassy areas where the children can play and a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the scenery. The private swimming pool has a sectioned off shallow end perfect for children or adults to cool off in. Pool heating will be available from 2022. The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), banks and cake shops, is just a 5 min drive away as is the Algarve Shopping centre, one of the largest in the region housing a large supermarket, chemist, cinema and a wide range of shops and restaurants. A quality supermarket, pubs and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, as well as the Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within an 8-minute drive. The beautiful beaches of Salgados, Lourenço or Galé (one of the longest stretches of beach on the Algarve), just to name a few, are located within a 10 minute drive. Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 10-minute drive. For a great family day out, there is also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf. Car hire is recommended if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only). Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 6 people. The 7th to 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price.
