Details of the Villa

The exteriors are very nice, and features large garden with trees, a chlorine swimming pool of 7 x 4 and a depth of 1.2 m, two equipped terraces, a fully furnished porch, two barbecue areas, pingpong table, and beautiful views of nature. The property has two buildings, the main buiding, built on top of a small cave, located on one side of the pool, and the another one, on the other side of the pool. The main house of 256 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; two on the ground floor, one with double bed and one with twin beds; and one on the 1st floor with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. Only 1 of the bedrooms has A/C. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms with shower, both on the ground floor. The living room is very cozy and well equipped. It has one large and one smaller sofa, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs, an air conditioning and a wood stove. The independent kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. In the basement, there is an ancient cave with decorative tools that have been preserved over the years. The secondary house has an equipped porch, a living-dining room equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, an air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with vitro stove. There is also one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower. The house is located in the rural and agricultural area of Algaida. Algaida is a very charming town, where you can find everything you might need during your stay.Around Algaida you will find also beautiful small towns like Costitx, Pina, Lloret, etc. A few km's away you can visit the "Santuario de Cura", situated on the top of the mountain, from where you can have magnificent views of the island. Palma is a very nice and welcoming city, located just 20 minutes from Algaida, and offers all kinds of entertainment: local and international businesses, different shopping malls and great multitude of shops, cultural monuments,touristic attractions, beaches, etc. By day you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city, visit "La Seu" with magnificent sea views, stroll along the promenade, walk in galley or bike, visit different museums or art galleries, the "Castell de Bellver ", etc. At night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc. Next to the city, there are different water parks as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you can also not miss a visit to Palma Aquarium.In afew km you can reach wonderful beaches like Can Pastilla, Palma, Arrenal, Badi Blava, etc. Pets are not allowed on the property. Events are not permitted on the property. Outdoor parking for 3 cars, and covered parking for 1 car available. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Note: This rental can not accept customers under 25 years, except if traveling with their parents. We need copies of the ID/passports of each person to accept the booking.
