Welcome to Cubo's Villa Sonia! A beautiful and colorful villa offering accommodation to 6 people, with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private swimming pool, air conditioning and free wifi! In the garden you will find a large swimming pool (fenced for the safety of the children) accompanied by sun beds, parasols and a Balinese bed. Welcome to Villa Sonia de Cubo, a fantastic independent villa where you can rest without sacrificing any service. Thanks to its excellent location, you will have all the services (shops, restaurants, leisure ...) just 10 minutes drive from the center of Alhaurin el Grande. The plot you will enjoy is fully fenced, you will have privacy and tranquility. You can park up to 3 vehicles inside the parcel without losing space for your leisure or play for your children. As soon as you get off the car, you will find a beautiful pool with pool furniture and a Balinese bed where you can rest in peace, sunbathe or read a book. When not using the pool, you can rest assured that it is fully fenced. If you are traveling with young children, you will be able to rest easily. If you do not want to be in the pool, you can rest on the fabulous porch of the house. From this space you can control the pool while using a beautiful forge barbecue. Access to the house is for the first time the kitchen, where you can prepare your meals with the full batch of small appliances and kitchen utensils offered by the accommodation. The accommodation consists of two floors. On the ground floor, in addition to the kitchen, you will find a large bathroom with shower, modern and equipped with everything you need. Attached to the kitchen, we have a large living room with fireplace, a large TV and two comfortable sofas. In this space you can have lunch at the dining table or join your family in the warmth of the large fireplace. You can also have a nice conversation in the small traditional bar that the lounge has. The living room is decorated in the most Andalusian style with old tools from the farm, a little history at every moment of your stay. On this floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The third room available is located on the top floor and is accessible by a staircase above the traditional bar that we have already commented. This room is a double bed, very bright and quiet. The housing has free WIFI. It also has a second toilet with shower plate near the pool.
