This stunning villa is situated above the town of Almuñecar with amazing views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The main house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, with both bedrooms having doors out to the terraces. The living/dining and kitchen areas have all been recently modernized and so are comfortable with all the necessary equipment to ensure you enjoy your stay. There are patio doors out from the living room on to the very large sunny terraces with plenty of places to enjoy a meal al fresco. On this terrace there is a large gas bbq and table tennis table and also a conservatory for eating when the weather is a little inclement. Steps lead down to the large sun cell (solar) heated swimming pool (8 x 4 metres), steam room and outside kitchen and seating area together. Off the swimming pool terrace there is a further one bedroom, one bathroom apartment ideal for grandparents, nanny or teenagers! The main house and apartment have air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms and the living room. There is also underfloor heating in the living rooms of the villa and the apartment. There is also free high speed wifi and wifi Apple interactive TV. The house is 1.6 kms from the beach in Almunecar where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
