Charming 3 bedroom villa with private pool and incredible sea views La Buena Vida (The Good Life) is a charming, classic Andalucian villa with sea views to die for and, at the same time, all the comforts of home. It is situated on a hill in Almunecar, in a quiet, residential area, only 10 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach, shops and restaurants. If you decide to spend your day by the pool, you will enjoy the privacy of the villa grounds and incredible views of the sea, which feels as if it is just below the house. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace next to the pool and in the evening, you can relax with an aperitif and take in the sparkling white lights of the old town and the expanse of the blue Mediterranean all around you from the top floor terrace. You can choose to eat indoors in the dining area or outdoors on one of the terraces. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting-room, kitchen and spacious hallway, along with a separate laundry room. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second a double bed and the third, two single beds. The sitting-room is pleasant and spacious, combining the best of Andalucian and contemporary styles, with a generous, corner sofa and a dining table for six people. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for you to enjoy your stay; a Weber barbeque is also available for your use on the ground-floor terrace. The villa owners have taken special care to make sure you sleep well, providing high thread-count cotton bedding for your comfort and dark shutters. Each of the main rooms have recently been fitted with new fans, so as to keep you cool. This property has adopted an environmental approach by providing more sustainable and environmentally-friendly travel. \- The owners have replaced the gas hob with an electric hob. \- The owners have opted not to install air conditioning because the villa has thick stone walls and is cool in the summer, therefore a good quality fan in each room is adequate (and air conditioning is particularly bad for the environment). \- The bedding is all made from 100% cotton (as opposed to synthetic material).
