Due to the fantastic location directly on the sea, the apartment is ideal for families who want to spend a fun-filled beach holiday with their children. In the condominium you will find well-kept gardens where our little guests have plenty of space to romp and splash around in the children's pool. Adjoining the communal pool are also shady spots for adults, and there is direct access to the beach, 20 meters away. There is also a garage available (dimensions H 1.98 mx W 2.18 m). The apartment is close to restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Visiting the old town of Altea is a must.
