"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and a living/dining room with dining seating for four guests and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and barbecue and off-road parking is available. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and within 1.5 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Meadow Bay is a lovely escape for your next getaway in Devon. Please note: new properties have been built on site and some internal work may continue until the end of May if schedules are met; some associated noise may be experienced; please call the office with any enquiries"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
