Outside is the private swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The ground floor of the villa has a dining and living areas, fully -equipped kitchen, twin bedroom and a family bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom as well as another bathroom. Both bedrooms have balcony access with stunning views. Living Room The air-conditioned Living Room has: comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. Kitchen The kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
