Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Sunshine Villa Sunshine is a charming and bright 2-bedroom villa, set in the beautiful countryside, with stunning views. The property is all on one level and has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds) which both share a large bathroom equipped with a bath and walk in shower. The décor is elegant and a little quirky with an open plan lounge and separate dining area leading off of it which is perfect for relaxing indoors away from the heat of the day. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing meals during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishes and utensils and a separate laundry room housing the washing machine and ironing facilities.. Al fresco dining is a must during the warm evenings and doors from the living room and dining area lead you to a large, relaxing outside dining area which is shaded and has a portable barbecue on which to prepare your meals. The gardens are extensive and are home to many beautiful flowers and plants and give the perfect setting for relaxing around the swimming pool, and perfect for refreshing dips and cooling off. An outside staircase leads to the roof terrace, ideal for taking time to soak up the wonderful Algarvian sunshine and to enjoy the 360º stunning countryside views and breathtaking sunsets. This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Sofa-bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
