Villa Charlotte is a brand new and very spacious 9 bedroom villa, with a large heatable swimming pool, 2 XL jacuzzis, 7 bathrooms, and much more to offer its guests. Affording a prime location in Armação de Pera with breathtaking sea views and only 400m from the best golden sandy beaches, this spectacular villa, built, furnished and decorated to the highest of standards throughout, will ensure a luxurious relaxing holiday in the sun. Comfortably sleeping 26 + 8 guests the villa offers amazing facilities to enjoy during your stay, both inside and out. There is a fully equipped games room on the lower floor offering a pool table, ping pong table and table football for all guests. Outside you have the refreshing swimming pool (heatable for an extra cost) with underwater windows from 2 of the lower floor bedrooms. Take in the stunning views from one of the various terraces that look out over the sea and are a perfect spot to view the amazing Algarvian sunsets. The property is a sister villa to some of our other homes on the same complex, all of which have been finished to the highest quality of both decor and equipment. The lower floor houses the games room and 4 bedrooms. 1 with 4 single beds, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with 4 bunk bed sets and 1 fully equipped bathroom. From this floor there are various patio doors leading out to the terrace. The ground floor offers a large spacious living room with one wall of glass doors leading out to the outside area. Here you will be able to spend your time on the gorgeous swimming pool terrace (pool towels are provided) where you will find sunbeds, a dining area and a BBQ for your al fresco meals and 2 XL jacuzzis (available at an extra cost) beside the inviting swimming pool and in the garden area. Back inside on this floor there is a large, well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and more. This floor also houses 1 double bedroom, a luxury bathroom and a further service toilet. The first floor of this stunning property houses the final 4 bedrooms (3 of them with en suite facilities) plus one other bathroom and 1 other bedroom. This modern, spacious and cleverly designed villa also offers off road parking for 3 cars. Finished both inside and out to top quality standards, this property will offer you the perfect base in which to spend your holidays, leaving you with amazing memories and a desire to return. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €400 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 26 people. • The 27th to 34th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
