Villa is a self-catering 3 storey sea front villa with 4 specious bedrooms all with double beds; all bedrooms have built in wardrobes, 1 Whirlpool Massage Hot Tub System, 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 WC & 1 guest toilet with shower room . Air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms. The ground floor is with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, with flat screen TV, Satellite, DVD player. The living room is furnished with modern sofas. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils. The garden is fenced for privacy with a private pool (8 x 4 meters) with sun beds, umbrellas, pergola and furniture. Private parking is available free of charge.
