Located in the one of the most beautiful areas of Protaras and less than 300 meters from Blue Flag sandy beach this property guarantees unforgettable holidays in Cyprus! This cozy villa with beautiful patio and swimming pool area is only 250m from one of the best beaches in the area - Trinity beach. With two good size bedrooms and a spacious living area, this villa comfortably accommodates group of five. The Kapparis main strip with supermarkets, bars and restaurants is a short walk away, and a center of Protaras is only 4 km away. One of its bedrooms has a double bed and the other is with 1 single bed and a bunk bed. All rooms are air conditioned and with build in wardrobes. The living room is cozy with IPTV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. There are a dining table with 4 chairs. There are a 1 guest toilet on the ground floor and 1 family bathroom with toilet and bath tub on the 1st floor. All necessary bed linen including bath towels are provided. 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages. Additional services are available on request. About the area Ayia Triada (Trinity beach), located in Protaras area is a visually appealing beach with coarse sand and crystal clear blue waters, with a fishing harbor and tiny chapel. It is a sandy beach, with sun loungers provided for the general public. It is tranquil and safe enough for children with the shallow waters and relatively small beach area (compared to the main beaches). There are walking trails along the coast if you are feeling active and want to soak up the views of the beautiful harbor. The beach is wide and at the back end there is a beach soccer area for those wishing to engage in their favorite sport. Ayia Triada area offers a wide range of friendly restaurants, cozy taverns, bars with live entertainment and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family.
